1) ARTWORK:

Unless otherwise specified in your purchase order, all artwork will be resized to the maximum imprint area. We accept electronic artwork prepared for the PC computer in Adobe Illustrator CS2 or CorelDraw X3, EPS or PDF format. Convert all graphics and fonts to outline, and send via email. There is no charge for three straight lines of typeset in Arial, Helvetica, or Times fonts, curved lettering or matching to a font style is $40/r per each half hour increment. Art Charge for touch up, conversion or color separation we will estimate on a case-by-case basis, please email the artwork file to the Sinoway Art Department.

2) BLANK MERCHANDISE:

There is no minimum for blank merchandise; cost will be the listed price less the run charge.

3) CANCELLATION:

All cancellations must be made in writing; you are responsible for any incurred charges of the merchandise and labor.

4) DECORATED ORDERS:

4a) SCREEN IMPRINT:

Price listed includes a one-color one-location imprint, Set-Up for new orders is $50/r per color per location, or exact repeat at $25/r per color per location. Production Proof is $30/r per color per location plus the cost of item; the Set-Up will be billed at this stage and is good for the first order.  We do spot color screen imprint only, 100% coverage is not guaranteed on some light colors on dark material. PMS Color Match is $15/r per color, imprint colors are matched as close as possible to the Pantone Color Formula Guide; an exact color match is not guaranteed due to the difference in material. There is no charge for the Pantone Basic Colors.

4b) EMBROIDERY:

Price listed includes 5,000-stitches embroidery and up to nine thread colors at one-location, add 10% for metallic threads; minimum of 5,000-stitches applies to each location. One time Digitizing Charge is $15r per 1,000-stitches, the minimum is 5,000-stitches. Production Proof is $30/r per item plus the cost of item, the Digitizing will be charged at this stage and is good for all future orders.

4c) DEBOSS:

Price listed includes a 3” x 2” blind deboss at one-location. Set-Up is $50/r for each order plus a one time Die Charge of $100/r. Please inquire charge for larger size. Production Proof is the cost of item plus $60/r Proof Charge, the Die will be charged at this stage and is good for all future orders.

4d) PHOTO IMAGING, DIE CUT TRANSFER:

This process allows for decoration with full color image having gradient and shading, price will be quoted on inquiry, please email electronic file to Sinoway Art Department.

5) DIRECT IMPORT:

We welcome direct import for larger quantities or custom orders with your specifications; production will be done overseas at a competitive price, turn-around time is about 100-120 days.

6) EMAIL or FAX PROOF:

Sent on all decorated orders at no charge, changes and modifications after the first proof will be charged at $15/r per each half hour increment.

7) F.O.B. POINT:

8) MINIMUM QUANTITY:

For imprint orders, the first column quantity is the minimum. Add 10% or $50/r, whichever is higher, for less than minimum. Please inquire for an absolute minimum imprint quantity and the cost on each item.

9) OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS:

We reserve the right to overrun or under-run by 5% on all decorated orders. We will invoice accordingly.

10) PRODUCTION TIME:

10-14 business days from receiving your written order and production ready artwork. Please check with the factory for larger quantities.

11) RETURNS:

15a) Unused & un-imprinted merchandise: Must be made within 15 days after receipt, and a Return Authorization Number is required. You are responsible for a 10% Restocking Fee and the cost of shipping.

15b) Defective merchandise: Must be made within 15 days after receipt, and a Return Authorization Number is required.

15c) Samples and decorated merchandise are not returnable.

12) RUSH ORDERS:

We accept rush orders at 10% over the invoice or $50/r minimum. Please call for production availability prior to sending in rush orders.

13) SAMPLES:

Available in blanks only and will be invoiced at the first column price; a written request is required. Samples are not returnable.

14) SHIPMENT:

Freight, insurance and handling charges will be added to the invoice. The title and responsibility is passed on from the factory to the buyer when the merchandise is given to a consigned shipper. All shipments are subject to forces beyond our control.

14a) We ship UPS or FEDEX Ground for small packages, please specify in your purchase order if expedited air shipment is required.

14b) Trucking shipment is available for large quantities, merchandise will be delivered on pallets and the end receiver is responsible for unloading the pallets from the truck, extra transit time may be required due to freight consolidation by the trucking company. The following services are not included in the basic trucking service and will have extra charge, please inquire prior to shipping: Guaranteed delivery time, inside delivery (first floor / business only), lift gate trucks, blind shipment, residential delivery (to the front door only), government / military facilities or if the receiving point is a convention center.  Trucking estimate is not guaranteed to hold firm at actual shipping time due to unforeseen gasoline price fluctuations. 

14c) U.S. Postal: We charge a Delivery Fee of $50/r per trip to Postal Office.

15) SPLIT DESTINATIONS:

At $15/r per each address.

16) TRADEMARKS & LOGOS:

All trademarks and logos used in this catalog are properties of their respective companies; they are used for the demonstration of reproduction capabilities only.
