GENERAL INFORMATION Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday ART WORK: (1) Black/White color separated use ready art required or (2) Digital Art Work, graphic converted to curve for Corel Draw 9.0, Free Hand 9.0 or Adobe Illustrator 9.0, saved in EPS format for PC compatible. ART CHARGE: At $40/r for each half hour of touch up, modification or color separation. CANCELLATION: Must be made in writing, incurred charges for merchandise and labor will be invoiced accordingly. CUSTOM OVERSEAS ORDERS: We welcome custom orders with your specifications, production time is about 75 - 100 days. EMBROIDERY ON BAGS: Most bags may be embroidered, please call factory for pricing. FAX PROOF: Sent on all imprint orders at no charge. F.O.B. POINT: City of Industry, California 91748. FREIGHT: We ship Fed-Ex or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Freight insurance and handling charges will be added to invoice. MINIMUM QUANTITY: First column quantity is the minimum order quantity, add 10% up-charge for less than minimum, call factory for absolute minimum on each item. OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS: We reserve the right to over-run or under-run imprinting orders by 5% as completion of order and will invoice accordingly. P.M.S. (PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM) COLOR MATCH: $15/r for each color. PRICES: All listed prices include one-color one-location screen imprint for bags or 5,000 stitches embroidery / one- color one-location imprint for caps, subject to change without notice. PRODUCTION TIME: 14 - 21 days depending on quantity. PRODUCTION PROOF: (1) Screen Imprint: $30/r per color/position plus the cost of item and $55/r per color/position set-up, if approved without change, set-up will be rebated towards first order. (2) Embroidery: $30/r per item for up to 5 thread colors plus cost of item and tape charge, if approved without change, tape charge will apply towards all future orders. Unless otherwise arranged, all production proofs will be shipped via overnight service and freight will be added when invoicing. RETURNS: Any returns must be made within 15 days after delivery, please call for your Return Authorization Number and mark all cartons with this R.A. number. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for return of good merchandise. Samples are not returnable. RUSH ORDERS: We accept rush orders at 10% over invoice or $50/r minimum; please call for production availability prior to sending in rush orders. SAMPLES: Available in blanks only and will be invoiced at first column price, written request required. Samples are not returnable. Forward all sample requests via fax, to refrain from delays please do not e-mail. SET-UP CHARGES: (1) Screen Set-Up: new orders at $55/r per color/position, repeat orders at $25/r per color/position. (2) Embroidery Tape Charge: at $25/r per each 1,000 stitches, minimum 5,000 stitches. SPLIT DESTINATIONS: At $10/r for each address. TYPESET: There is no charge for three straight lines typeset in Arial, Helvetica or Times fonts, curved lettering or matching typestyle will be charged at $40/r per half hour. TRADEMARKS & LOGO: All trademarks and logos used in this catalog are properties of their respective companies; they are used for demonstration of reproduction capabilities only. We resume no responsibility for determining trademark/logo ownership; all liability for trademark/logo reproduction rests with the customer who placed orders. |
